Real estate is more than a structure that provides shelter, storage or a source of income. It is an investment that is not only financial, but also emotional with many layers of expectation. As a primary home, real estate is a sacred place where most monumental life experiences happen. Incidents that shape who we are and how we want to live. A personal space to feel safe, secure and comfortable no matter what happens elsewhere. That structure evolves with us throughout each stage of our lives. A home is the most intimate object in our lives. As an investment, property plays a prominent role in our livelihood and often the well being of our business or family line. A lot of hopes and dreams come with this venture and proper analysis should be done at the time of sale or purchase, as well as throughout the entire duration of ownership.
Since selling or purchasing real estate plays such an import role on so many levels, I take the job of helping people market and buy property very seriously. I see it as a privilege to assist clients through this exciting and significant process. My initial goal when working with Buyers, Sellers and Developers is to understand their needs and help them visualize the ideal outcome of their transaction so I can present options that accurately reflect that criteria. My background and market knowledge assist in executing the most relevant marketing strategies and firmest negotiations, always with the best interest of my client’s at the forefront of the deal. I see to it that all necessary due diligence is conducted and evaluated to ensure the strongest possible outcome, while vigilantly overseeing the escrow process.
After graduating from University of Oregon in 1999, I eagerly moved to San Francisco because I believe this town has the best of all worlds. It’s the breeding ground of countless innovations with a strong history that created this city’s unique character. Each building and neighborhood has an intriguing backstory, which constantly fascinates me. It’s diverse culture, incredible arts, cosmopolitan flare, beautiful beaches and nearby extensive woods and mountains are mesmerizing and make me grateful to call this place home. My surroundings are extremely important to me. That’s why I love and work in real estate. That said, there’s no place I’d rather live than San Francisco. I’m proud to represent this city and hope to share my enthusiasm and expertise with you.
